My Mission

I want to help you find balance and meaning through connecting you to what is most important to you: your values and your internal guidance system. By using tools from Positive Psychology and Ayurveda you will find peace, joy and a simplicity that liberates you.

Tools for Living

I want to help you discover the tools that can assist you in finding more balance, peace and satisfaction. As this has been a lifelong fascination of mine I have tried and experimented with all sorts of philosophies, spiritual insights and wellness routines to come to two modalities that really work for me and that I want to share with you: Ayurveda and Positive Psychology. 

I had a hard time discovering what I wanted to do in life, simply because everyone was pointing me outwards, doing things for external validation, status or financial reward. However, I discovered that those things don’t last very long. It is only in embracing who you truly are, in doing what you love and in contributing in some way that you will find true fulfillment. This is where positive psychology has offered me tools to work with my intrinsic motivation, to question my thoughts and to find flow and satisfaction in work and life. 


But you can’t go far when your body isn’t well and wholesome. I struggled with skin issues for years and have been sensitive to certain foods. Experimenting with various diets has thaught me a lot but it wasn’t until I learned more about ayurveda that everything ‘clicked’.  It is all about finding balance and prevention. Looking at your daily rituals, your specific constitution, your nourishment, your living environment, your stress levels, the seasons, where your food comes from. It is all connected and ayurveda provides a beautiful system to start to look at all those aspects and find simple and wholesome solutions. 

After giving birth to my son my energy had left the door and my digestion wasn’t working well. I was depleted without really noticing it. I got offered to do an ayurveda certification course quite serendipitously. I made notes and visual drawings and in turn I could learn all about what ayurveda has to offer and about how I could help others. One year later I can say that my body feels much more at ease and energized. It is a daily practice to keep nourishing my body, taking time to create wholesome rituals and prepare meals for my constitution. But all the things I had learned in the previous years, through paleo, vegan, vegetarian, raw you name it food experiments came together in ayurveda. 


It is my wish that some of the tools and practices I discovered, combined with making space for you to share what is on your mind and heart, will help you find your center and discover fulfillment in this beautiful life. This is why I offer Well Being Wessions.


These are the modalities and tools that I use in my offerings to help you.

Positive Psychology

As a certified positive psychology practicioner and coach I use science-based and practical tools to help you flourish.

Mindfulness, Transforming Limiting Beliefs, Discovering your Strengths, Flow.

Creative Practices

I use tools and practices to help you stay connected to yourself, inspired and well rested.

Things like journalling, drawing, meditation and movement can all be put to practice to find a deeper connection to yourself.


Ayurveda is an ancient medical tradition from India. The term is derived from the Sanskrit ayur, meaning “life” or “longevity,” and veda, meaning “knowledge” or “science.” Life Knowledge. Ayurveda looks at health in a holistic way: mind, body and spirit.


Well Being Session

Based on your questions, struggles and aspirations we look at what is most important to you, what is holding you back and how you can take small steps in the right direction.

By using the insights and tools of positive psychology and the holistic knowledge and practices ayurveda I am able to support your unique needs and aspirations.

Flourishing Sessions

If you want to delve deeper and have more consistent support we further delve into changes you can make in your daily habits and figure out what gives you energy and fulfillment. 

By building upon what is already working and adding in practices that support your purpose and well being you will be able to create sustainable change over the course of a few months.

5 sessions: €500,-

Well Being & Creative Sessions

Since all things are connected, if you are a creative entrepreneur we can look at your business and your well being as a whole. What is your mission? What do you need to be able to live that mission while feeling energized and balanced? What style elements really suit you? Which environments make you thrive? How can work feel like flow? How can life feel more easeful? We create daily rituals and stylistic elements that move your mission forward.

Positive psychology is the science of human flourishing. It focusses on mindset, flow experiences, relationships, meaning, achievement and vitality. Through scientific study practical tools for finding more fulfillment, peace and happiness can be applied. It was founded at the University of Pennsylvania by psychologist Martin Seligman and continued to grow and spread from there onwards. Positive psychology has provided me with some great insights into how to change habits, how to transform limiting beliefs and how other people matter so much in our flourishing and well being.

Ayurveda means the science of life and it is an ancient system from India that looks at health and wellbeing from a holistic point of view. It is all about relations, how you relate to your food, the seasons, your environment, your mental state and to your emotions. I find it to be a very helpful tool for daily practices and rituals to find more balance. Such as ways of eating or self care practices that are attuned to your unique way of being. 

I have obtained my Health Coach Certification in Ayurveda through Katie Rose’s course and am exploring options to dive into further studies. 

We could either meet in person, I love taking walks in nature during coaching sessions, or we can plan a skype call. 

We focus on what is already working in your life, what your needs are and how we can build in those needs into daily habits in your everyday life. 

I practice deep listening and try to feel what it is that is important for you at this moment. I use my knowledge of positive psychology and ayurveda and see which elements could serve you best. 

And most importantly, I help you connect to your own inner knowing so you will develop a more robust way of choosing what is right for you.
